Volunteerism/Service
The Maryland Arborist Association is proud of its history in giving back to the Maryland community. Over the past 19 years, the members of the MAA have logged thousands of hours and donated hundreds of thousands of dollars' worth of man hours to volunteer for arboriculture service projects across the state.
In 2012, the MAA and its members held two volunteer service days. The first was on April 21st at the Maryland School for the Deaf in Frederick. The second was on November 17th at the Oak Grove Memorial in Druid Hill Park.

On
April 13th 2013, the MAA will hold its first volunteer day of service of the year at Patterson Park in Baltimore City.
